Affiliate & Traffic Partner Marketing

On FanFuel we work on a Revshare model, this means we share a proportion of revenue with you. On average this is around 40% of the total sale but can vary from brand to brand.

Until the end of March 2021 FanFuel is offering 50% commission, if you previously earned 40% promoting CrazyBulk for example you’ll now earn a massive 50% of every sale.

You are much more likely to be successful with FanFuel if you have previous digital marketing experience.

We’re currently only accepting affiliates that have existing websites, with relevant traffic.

Don’t worry. You don’t need to be a super affiliate. As long as you have a website with some traffic we’re happy to accept your application.

The sky’s the limit. It all depends on your skill and dedication. We’ve seen top partners earn as much as $40,000 per month. Many full time partners earn more than they would in a full time job and part time partners easily earn $500 a month to subsidise their income.

If you know your goal we can help. Sign up and get in touch with your partnership manager for guidance on how to achieve your goals.

Nope. You work for yourself and count as self employed. Enjoy the freedom of having your own business with no obligations to FanFuel. Want to take a day off to spend time with the family, do it! Want to book that last-minute vacation, no problem!

Promoting FanFuel Brands

Most of our offers are in the Nutra vertical. Every product we sell is formulated and manufactured by us – these are products you can’t find elsewhere. We have a wide range of offers, from muscle to diet, skincare to weight loss.

We don’t just create products though – we build brands. Some of our longest-standing offers have been running since 2013. They still have loyal customers from day 1, with a reputation that our customers trust.

If you’d like to like to promote a product that we don’t offer yet, reach out to your partnership manager! We’re always looking for new joint venture opportunities.

We provide localised versions of brand websites for different countries including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, India, Sweden, Poland, Mexico, the Netherlands and Denmark.

In addition we can ship to many countries without localised versions of the website, sign up now and speak to your partnership manager to discuss more GEO targeting options.

All of our orders will ship from our warehouses in the UK, USA or India. In addition, all our websites are translated by native speakers and offer local payment methods to ensure a high conversion rate and EPC.

By default, we provide you creatives for banners, CTAs, product images (both professional and amateur styles) and keyword lists.

We can also provide additional services such as translations, design resources and technical support. Just speak to your partnership manager for more information.

Sometimes we can even provide these services free of charge, especially if you have a proven track record promoting similar products.

Usually no but we have a wide range of tools and can provide data from them to help you grow your business. Whether you’re doing SEO, social or PPC we have tools and can help you grow.

We build brands, other networks create ‘offers’. Simply put this means that on most affiliate networks there is very little marketing support from the brand itself and this lack of exposure both online and in the real world reduces consumer trust reducing conversion rates.

Our dedicated brand teams ensure that every FanFuel brand receives regular SEO, CRO, social, email and product development work. FanFuel brands get better every year and maintain a loyal base of repeat customers all of which earn you commission on repeat orders for life.

Direct traffic is not allowed unless previously approved.

But if you are sending traffic to your own prelander or website, you can use any traffic source you like.

  • Media Buying
  • Apps
  • Banners

If you are not sure simply reach out to your partnership manager to discuss in more detail.

Tracking Your sales

Smart Links (Recommended)

If you’re promoting in English, then we recommend using Smart Links. These links redirect users to a version of the website in their local currency.

To find Smart Links, login and click on Smart Links in the menu on the left-hand side.

You can then use the search box to search for either a brand (e.g., CrazyBulk), product name (e.g., D-Bal) or special landing page (e.g., appetite suppressants).

Once you’ve found the right offer, click it and change to the Tracking Links tab at the top of the page to create your link.

Standard Tracking Links

There are two simple ways to find your tracking links:

  1. Once you logged in your dashboard -> click on offers -> Tracking Links
  2. Or you could quickly access your links straight from the dashboard by scrolling down to Tracking Links card and choosing the offer

Most partners choose to use standard affiliate links to track their sales, simply post these links in your content and when someone clicks it we drop a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days and track any sale made in this period to you.

In addition, EverFlow has its own Fingerprint tracking technology and a variety of direct linking tracking methods to ensure that FanFuel can always track your sales.

The one big difference about FanFuel is that we use first click attribution, this means that the first partner to introduce a potential customer to the brand earns the sale. No affiliates targeting brand, coupon or review terms will ever steal your sales with the last click.

After logging in your FanFuel dashboard got to Offers -> Select an offer -> Tracking Links -> in Base Destination URL field you can search for the deep page and the language you want.

We’ve partnered with EverFlow to power our tracking so you can scale securely knowing they already smoothly process over 20 billion clicks and impressions each month.

In addition, using 3rd party tracking software means we can guarantee we’ll never skim sales as tracking is in the hands of a trusted third party. You can be sure that every sale you make will be assigned to you, every single time.

Whenever you make a sale, we assign this customer to you for life. This is primarily based on the customer’s email address, but we may expand on this further in the future.

You’ll make a 40% commission on all repeat customer orders and can read more about it here

We’re ready to assist you with setting up postbacks. Give your partnership manager a call and they’ll provide 1-2-1 training to teach you how to set up your postbacks.

Following this you’ll be able to set up postbacks with ease and no further support required from the FanFuel team (unless you want it).

First click attribution means that the first partner to introduce a customer to the brand gets the sale. This is the opposite to the vast majority of affiliate networks.

So why is it better this way? Let’s look at an example:

You’re an SEO affiliate and you’re promoting CrazyBulk and send a click from someone who landed on your “legal steroids” targeted page.

That person visits the brand website, has a look around and is really excited about the products. Now just to check that the company is legit before buying.

The potential customer goes back to Google to look at “CrazyBulk reviews” and finds another partners website, reads the review and clicks through to the site.

The potential customer is now back on the brand website and completes their purchase with the sale being credited to the affiliate who created the “CrazyBulk reviews” content.

But why should the partner targeting review terms earn the sale? Is it really fair? We don’t think so; we believe that partners like yourself add more value by introducing new people to the brand so we’ve chosen to reward the first partner involved in a sale rather than the last one.

Compliance & Policies

NO.

We’ve seen it so many times a partner creates great content and introduces new customers to a brand. Then all of a sudden those sales are grabbed at the last minute by partners using coupon code websites. It isn’t fair we believe in rewarding you for adding value for the brand, not piggybacking on other partners hard work.

NO.

Often customers leave the brand website and come back later to buy. We don’t allow bidding on brand terms because it’s not fair on partners who put hard work into introducing customers to the brand. Also thanks to our first click attribution you wouldn’t make many sales, so it’s in everyone’s best interest to prevent brand term bidding.

NO.

We believe in being transparent about your identity as a FanFuel partner.

Using the brand name may make it appear as though you are the brand.

All partners should include a disclaimer on their website that they earn commissions from the products they recommend and promote.

YES.

Just contact your partnership manager with a link to the website using your website’s content. We’ll contact them to remove the copied content and prevent them from earning sales if they don’t take action. If there’s any dispute over who created the content first we use online tools to confirm the original content owner.

It’s easy just speak directly to your partnership manager and they’ll pass the details over to our compliance team.

You can also use our complaints form here on the website or live chat to report anyone breaking the network’s rules.
